It looked like an old boretti bbq grill when i brought it to these guys, believe me when i tell you it has been in closet with all grease and dust for a year. I was expecting a judgmental look, but the team was so sweet. They told me it will take a day to get it back to life and they did. It was spotless with no grease. The response time was fast and they had texted me when my barbque grill was cleaned and ready to be picked up. These guys would be my to-go for bbq grill cleaning and if you are looking for bbq grill repair in Dubai, i would recommend them!

I have contacted them many times regarding issues with my cigar cabinet, but unfortunately, I have not received proper support or a solution. I even offered to bring the cabinet to their workshop for inspection to speed up the process, but they did not allow me to do so. Overall, the communication has been very poor and the issue remains unresolved. I expected better customer service and professionalism.
Extremely poor Service and communication. Picked up unit for repair, charged fee and said nothing wrong, and delivered back. Issue remained 2 day later pick up. Had my unit for repair for 2 weeks stating they couldn't find the part and I asked to return unit immediately. Within 15 min they suddenly they say have the part and fix in 3 hours. I said return immediately I find more reputable company. They said delivery scheduled for Sunday. On Monday morning I asked where is unit and they reply they dont deliver on Sundays.. THEN WHY TELL A CLIENT YOU WILL. Now deliver Tuesday hopefully. All LIES THIS COMPANY.
